How Mail-In Repair Works
- Contact us first. Send us your model and the problem (photos help) through our contact form or WhatsApp, and wait for our go-ahead before shipping.
- Ship your device. Pack it well and include a note inside the box with your name, phone number, email and a short description of the issue.
- We diagnose and quote. When it arrives we inspect it and contact you with the exact price. Nothing is repaired without your approval.
- Pay and we ship it back. Once the repair is approved and paid, we fix it, test it, and ship it back to you with tracking.
